Gaining Access:

NB: ("client" refers to a person who is a member and or part member to "Worldschool Tribe")

1) Personal Members:

a) "Client " can join by the invitation enquiry form, from Worldschool Tribe site or from an existing Tribe Member.

b) Each "client" is vetted before access to Worldschool Tribe is granted. (Limited numbers)

c) This process for vetting, is to ensure website security and safety.

d) Our resources are to be accessed by "client" who are aligned with alternative education, worldschool or both and see the value in our principles and philosophy.

2) Our principles:

1) Be willing and open minded to Learn While Living, however that balance takes place for you.

2) To be persuing or actively involved in a lifestyle that seeks life skills learning, discovery learning, experiential learning or travel and learning (worldschool/Roadschool).

3) To welcome what may, and accept the resources and events will be out of the box and different for good reason.

3) Philosophy-In-Action:

1) Learn While Living, Loving the journey... is Worldschool Tribe -PhilosophyIn Action- which is to actively learn and accompany such in life.

4) Products and Courses

"How" does it work? and "What" is included?

Depending on your purchase, you will have access to (PART) or (ALL) of "Worldschool Tribe".

a. Packs and Mentorship - invites (Part) access to "Worldschool Tribe" as a "client", receiving access to goods from Worldschool Tribe collection or events, and or services from Worldschool Wisdom as a ("client") for mentorship specifically for Worldschool/Roadschool.

a1) Packs are periodic and will include a mix of resources, Planner+ activities and games from Worldschool Tribe Collection which will grant a license to the "Client" to access and print items within the pack till 30.6.2025 for the same family living at the same address.

b. Worldschool Collection - delivers a multi-layered section, offering access to the library of resources within Worldschool Tribe. These resources include, Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands and Fiji thus far. We are working hard to expand Worldschool Tribe Collection, and are regularly uploading more resources to serve you.

c. Event Invitation:

Invitations will be sent monthly to join things happeninng within the Tribe.

NB: (Tribe Members) please make sure your details are valid and up to date, so to receive your exclusive invitations. That is a "client" responsibility as part of the Tribe.

c) Worldschool Wisdom: 1:1 Mentorship

This a timed service based offer, by appointment, and is available to anyone living in Australia and New Zealand currently.

Should a "client" choose to adopt the "Worldschool Phylosophy" the resources to acccompany will better align.

For (a) and (b) and (c) strictly, all content, material and events accessed is owned by "Worldschool Tribe" and cannot be shared with anyone under any terms.

NB: The Worldschool Tribe Collection and Annual Family FUN Pack may be accessed by the residents for the same house-hold, who are immediate family.

Clarifying, The fee gives a Limited License for the immediate family living in the same residence to access the "Worldschool Tribe Collection" content.

5) Content Access: Tribe Member

Immediately after a "client" has paid, the "client" will have access to "Worldschool Collection" in (course content). This is not a course, but the way the site is set up to share the resources most effectively. In this section the "client" will have access to Section 1: Worldschool Know-How immediately which includes, 5 Tribe Resources,

By day 3 the remaining sections can be accessed over the year for "Worldschool Tribe Collection".

6) Access For Personal Users:

a) "Worldschool Tribe" you are welcome to access the platform as a personal user, should you NOT be ascociated with, volunteer, work or own a education space, hub, centre, village or group.

b) The email you have registered with, is the same email to verify your account for that house hold.

c) No alternate email can be registered for the same house hold under the same Platform Access account in 365 days for a "client" (Tribe member).

d) A "client" valid and current home address is required to join the tribe, to validate membership for the house hold.

7) Limited License:

Each "type" of offer the "client" has accpeted and or paid for is subject to (Copyright) and (Trademarks when applicable) and a (Limited License) is provided to seek and use the content subject to the (Worldschool Tribe) "Terms and Conditions" that relate to a offer and are accepted by the "client". Additionally, as any "type" of member to "Worldschool Tribe" the "client" accepts to maintain the privacy of all content made available to the "client " either on-screen and by download and in physical terms for life.

8) What can be shared:

a) The "client" accepts what can be shared, is an invitation to "Worldschool Tribe" for the team to follow a vetting process for new Tribe Members.

b) Resources to play with friends and family that are already completed.

c) Gift a membership, and invite your community to join with you.

9) Corporate Access

Should a potential 'client' be in some way affiliated or own a alternative education space, hub, centre, village or group to promote, volunteer, facilitate, sell, teach or mentor, you MUST email "Worldschool Tribe" to request corporate access "BEFORE" accessing "any" of our resources or events. Should you NOT respect these terms, you will be in breach of our "Terms and Conditions" and subsequent "Copyright" and "Trademarks" resulting in an immediate ban and possible legal action.

a) Educators, Mentors and Promoters "require" a corporate agreement to enter is "before" entry is accepted.

b) Email: corporate@learnwhileliving.com to apply, and include your situation, your vocation, audience and how our resources will be valuable to your situation.

10) Invite friends and family to "Worldschool Tribe"

It is with pleasure that Worldschool Tribe evolves into the founders dreams of making big things happen in everyday life. In saying that, Worldschool Tribe is in it's infancy, and as a reesult limited spaces are available for now. So with that said, please take advantage of the Annual Family FUN Pack as and when they are available if you are inquisitive but not committed. We hope to make the places available for families who are active or interested in a mindset, that engages next level learning using the world as their classroom.

11) Payment Terms:

a. A payment will be required to access content and events.

b. The payment is relative to the item requested, and is either a stand alone cost or annual fee.

c. Packs - once accessed a "client" accepts the Terms and Conditions".

d. Tribe Membership fee is for a period of 365 days - once accessed a "client" accepts the Terms and Conditions".

e. The accepted payment is for individuals / a family living in the (1) same house-hold.

12) Refund Policy:

a. Due to the nature of our resources being original and downloadable, refunds are not possible.

b. Should a "client" however not be able to access content as it is offered by "Worldschool Tribe" please reach out to the team to assist.

13) Disclaimer:

a. The content and resources available on this site "Worldschool Tribe" that include (Duly Noted), (Worldchool Wisdom), (Global Adventure Games) and (Elemental Switch) are for personal use only, (non-commercial).

b. None of the content can be tranfered, copied, screenshot or shared privately or publicly between members or non-members to maintain strict privacy agreements between the "Owner" and the "Client".

c. Be mindful of an offer: Costs / Fees to access content and events are paid to different sections.

d. The content is the property of "Worldschool Tribe".

e. The learning level achieved from the content lies soley with the "client".

f. Tribe members, "All Access" gives access to the "client" who has paid a fee to access the platform for a period of time as "Full" Tribe member.

g. None of the content can be exchanged by way of barter, free or financial means without the written consent of the "Owner" of "Worldschool Tribe" for the corporate affiliate program.

h. At any time "Worldschool Tribe" has the authority to remove members if they see fit, which would be an extreme measure that ultimately lead to a breach of the Terms Of Service.
